Parotid gland
My husband had his parotid gland removed and the facial nerve and eye can be affected. The nerve could have some pressure on it from the hemangioma. So it could be very likely that the hemangioma is affecting the eye. I would contact Dr. Fay. He is very good about responding to his emails.
