imiquimod or timolol topical cream
 

Hey there,
Just wondering if ayone out there has used this cream? I saw it on the research page.....I have the 20 mos old girl with a hairline h about the size of a cherry. I am really surprised with all the research being done out there that there isn't a topical something that can be used....seems like less invasive than propanol and surgery? Any thoughts? I realize I'm probably grasping at straws but just thought I'd try. I really wish I knew about this website earlier before her h got as big as it has. Has anyone used this on older children?

I think I replied to you via email, but so everyone can ready my reply;

Topicals have to this point been noted as not very helpful in the majority of cases, some do report they've seen some help with the topical steroid. HOWEVER, at 20 months old the h. has started involution and steroids in general are only going to help hemangiomas in the prolification phase.
