I'm looking for a doctor in Florida that anybody has had success with. I've got a hemangioma on my arm I've had surgery on once 8 years ago but it has come back. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I'm in central Florida, a 2 hour drive to either Miami or Jacksonville is not a problem.
