Aquaphor help--to clean or not to clean
I'm using aquaphor for the first time and was wondering.... how are you supposed to clean it off (if you are supposed to clean it off)?
Any help on this would be great! Thanks, ~Eri |
It is not intended to be removed. Aquaphor acts as a moisterizing barrier to protect the skin. It is heavy and may feel weird, at first, however it works.
Hope this helps. |
So you just keep applying layer after layer? That sounds like it'd get built up in no time :S

It will wear away on its own. I admit it is a strange feeling, but it really does help with post laser dryness. If you can still feel the first layer, there is probably no need to apply the second layer. Just try to keep a thin layer on until the purpera fades. Good luck.

Thanks! I think most of the purpera has faded, but some of the skin still looks a little "tender."
