I'm sorry to hear about everything you are going through. Though it's great to hear that you are going up to New York to get treatment (or Boston). I have heard a lot of great things about Dr. Waner. I wish that I could go there for treatment, but I just can't afford it. I know it must be hard going alone, but you will do fine. Just know that they are there to help you. You can do this.
