Default Hemi-hypertrophy with PWS

I have a 6yr old with a PWS on the L side of his face. Sturge-Webber was ruled out when he was a baby. Everyone we have taken him to said it was the darkest one they had ever seen on a child. He has had 23 laser surgeries which have lightened it considerably, but recently has developed what the plastic surgeon is calling Hemi-hypertrophy. Anyone else have this problem? His septum is deviated, turbinates are blocked, we are having an MRI this week to see how extensive it is. His face is beginning to look very asymetrical.
