Default cystic hygroma in utero, recurrence?
My daughter had a large, septated cystic hygroma in utero as diagnosed on my 12 week ultrasound. It was much smaller at an 18 week ultrasound and seemed to have resolved at 21 weeks. My daughter is 6 now and has what appears to be an enlarged cervical lymph node(about 4 cm in size). I am wondering if this could be related to the cystic hygroma and if further testing should be done. Do cystic hygromas recur? I would appreciate any help, I am having trouble finding answers.
