Kaykay, well mine is at the left side of the face, including bottom lip, chin, neck, and chest. What is most known is that PWS is associated with 5th finger clinodactyly. Yup! Check in your hands, if your 5th finger can't flex as your other fingers you probably have clinodactyly.
