Hi! I'm not a doctor but I don't think you have a hemangioma. I think it's some other kind of vascular malformation. I would definitely go see a specialist at that clinic for sure. I'm not sure about the insurance question but you could probably contact Basia Joyce...she is the insurance expert on this site....look on the resources page. She might be able to help you.
