i've been on Yaz over a year now with zero problems. if anything, i don't know for sure, but my pws has not swelled up for almost a year, no fevers etc...growth of the pws has not accelerated as far as i can tell. no new problems. very very grateful and hope it stays that way cause not having to get up in the night to shower an change is something i have no desire to return to
