I have the same thing (I think) on my left thigh too. I'm just starting to do research now. I had surgury when I was a baby and again when I was 18. I'm 34 now and I'm also in college like you so no money either. Mine started out as a "strawberry birthmark" and is on my upper left thigh and some in the genital area as well. The swelling is worse sometimes and goes down a little other times. Does this happen to you as well? Anybody with any info on this I'd appreciate it.
