Yes it is possible. But, I would encourage you to have a specialist with a lot of experience with vascular birthmarks examine her. We can help you find one located closest to you. It is best to have a proper diagnosis. You should be aware of your options for treatment or not... and the outcome of either choice...the benefits vs. the risks etc.
