I am 23 with facial PWS/SWS.
I agree with Missy as far as research has found PWS is not gentic and can not be passed on to your children. I know several people that have PWS that have had children. Being on your leg should be no different then being on your face.
I also agree that since you have not had any problems with your leg you probably do not have KTS. If you notice it getting darker, lumpy, or starts to hurt I would strongly suggest getting it looked at. Hormones have been linked to haveing PWS start to grow. So keep a watch on it. Most cases it grows going into puberty or medapause. Every case is going to be different so it is really hard to say.
