I have a PWS that covers half of my face. I have been blessed with a beautiful wife. About a year or so ago I was worrying about whether or not birthmarks were hereditary. I have only heard that they are not and I now have a beautiful, if I do say so myself, ten month old son without a PWS. I really don't believe you have anything to worry about.
