Default Southern California kaiser out of network referal?!?
Has anyone had experience with getting an out of network refferal through kaiser? I would like to go see a specialist in vascular birthmarks that does not meet 1x a month and that is willing to treat a birthmark that is compound. Thanks

I'm not familiar with that insurance but you might try emailing the Insurance specialist here on this site. Her name is Basia Joyce. (Look under Resources and then the Ask the Expert list) She is a great resource and might be able to help you with the answer to your question. Good luck!
