Venous Malformation Question

Hi all!! I have a quick question about Jacklynn's VM. She just started playing soccer last night, and did A LOT of running around. When we came home, I looked at her VM, and she had a few spots that were very white, like the actual color, right in the middle of all of the blue and red. I've never seen that before and it kind of threw me for a loop. Anyone know what it is? I checked her this morning and it was gone. She has another game tomorrow, so if it happens again, I"ll take a pic. TIA!
