VM on Floor of Mouth

VM on Floor of Mouth

My 5 yr. old daughter has a Venous Malformation on the floor of her mouth. This mass of veins under her tongue is causing her tongue to thrust outward and we are now having some drooling issues. Has anyone had treatments in this area?
