what to ask the Doctor?

I'm thinking of switch Doctors for the treatment of my PWS. I sort of "lucked" into finding him (the ins. company chose him), and I didn't really know what to ask, etc of him before doing the treatments.

What *are* you supposed to ask? I know i saw something either on this site or on birthmark.com, but i cannot find it again. Does anyone have any ideas?
