Is it a hemangioma?

Hello! I haven;t been on in a while - my 2 yo has 3 hemangiomas and I found a lot of info here when he was a baby in regards to his H's - I just had another baby, he is 7 weeks old. Today, I noticed a spot on his forehead that looks similar to the H my older son had, when it first appeared. However, it does not blanch when I press on it, and it just appeared today. I don't think this is an H because I remember my older sons H's blanched when pressed, and they all appeared by the time he was 3 weeks old. I was told if it appeared after 3-4 weeks, it was not an H - I also think H's blanch when pressed, but I can't find any info on this to determine if it is an H or not.

Try posting photos, and maybe someone can help out by looking at it. I dont remember my daughters hemangioma blanching when pressed. And the one on the back of her neck didnt show up until after 4 weeks.
