Default Strawberry Size Hemangloma

I had some complication during my first and second month of pregnancy, I bleed and specilist had helped to inject to protect the baby, I think mainly due to I took more honeydew during that period. No problem after 3 mths on.
My cutty baby girl was born on time wth 6.6ps, about 2 weeks ,noticed the red spot likes mosquito bite appearred middle of left ears & left eye. After 3 mths, the hemangloma raise big as strawberry & the colour also as red as strawberry.
I had follow up check up with HUKM ( Hospital Universiti Kerajaan Malaysia ) almost half year, all the doctors advice wait for few years until the hemangloma will disappear itself provided no disturbing her left eye, no futher explaination about the treatment.
Please advice what I need to do ? I am too worry about my cutty baby girl

Are you willing to send me a picture via email? Many hemangiomas do go away without intervention. However, there are many reasons why some hemangiomas need treatment and/or close monitoring. I'd be happy to gather advice for you from specialists. If you can send me picture(s) and history of when it appeared, how rapidly it has changed, any medical concerns, how old your daughter is now...etc.

A very thanks for your reply, Corrinne . So sorry for the delay . I had attached some photos here . Actually my daughter H growth rapid begining 3 months, from 5 months onwards, seems to be not much size changes . Now my daughter already 7months old, I am worry how long I need to wait the H go off , my parents all didnt belief the H go off by itself & cant imagine how it will go off since the big strawberry mark is there almost 7 months now.
She had bleed 1 time in about 4months that time due to middle appear a black spot & become dry skin, suddenly she scratch the black dry skin, then the H start bleeding, i really dont know what to do, direct to Hospital emergency, they cant do anything to my daughter, they only adviced to take more care about her & no creams or pills at all for the bleeding hole.
I am no idea about what treatment is suitable for my daughter now, since the strawberry had been followed my daughter growth for 7 months. I had discuss with my husabnd about the surgery that posted by other friends through here, I wonder how good if my daughter also like others successful baby that fully recover after treatment taken.
Frankly, my daughter dont have big insurance coverage, please advice how the cost for H treatment and how If I am from Malaysia (Asian Country) .

Great job taking photos to document the change. I have forwarded the information to a couple specialists. I will be in touch soon.

In my opinion surgery might be necessarygiven the deep portion.

About the spot that bleed. This is an ulceration; this is caused by the break down in the skin from the rapid changes in the hemangioma growth. It is often recommended here in the U.S. to use ointment such as aquapher or a product with Zinc oxide (diaper ointments often contain zinc oxide). Keeping the area some what moist helps reduce the cracking and bleeding.

I have forwarded the pictures to another specialist and I saw that one specialist sent you an email directly. Also, he would like to know if you already have a surgeon in Malaysia or are you considering traveling (maybe to the U.S.) I understand that insurance/cost is to be considered.

Again thanks a lot for the advices and efforts, Corrinne.
I went for few pediatric in Malaysia, adviced from them is '' wait & see '' . I wonder whether there have any others good solution for my daughter H.
Do you have any recommadation for H expect/specilist within Malaysia or nearest country ?
Corrinne, is it convenient you or specilist to provide me the cost of the whole surgery. So that, we can discuss to our insurance agent about charges to be incurred.
Yes, I had received Dr Zide,Barry replied direct, thanks a lot for his good comments. He only can remove the H by the age of 15 months, so is it the same also for others specilist ?
