Big area hemangiom

Hello,
I am 40 year old and I have a birthmark hemangiom which spreads over a big area - the whole left hand, a part of the chest (front and back) and a part of the neck.
I have went over the list of the European doctors but I still cannot decide which one would be the most appropriate in my case. Could you give me some advice which one(s) to contact?

Where are you located? Which doctors is it feasible for you to see?

Hello,
I am from Eastern Europe, Bulgaria. I suppose every doctor in Europe could be feasible as long as the doctor is able to treat a big area for less number of visits because I have a 6 months old daugther and I can not travel often. At the same time, I need to take care of some treatment soon because the hemangiom in my neck became especially painful in the last months of my pregnancy and later, because of the breastfeeding of my baby I got lots of bleasters over the hemangioma.

Given your age and description of the birthmark I would question if it may be a port wine stain. Obviously, it's hard to say without seeing a picture. Many doctors use the term hemangioma as a generic term. It's very important to have the correct diagnoses in order to get the correct treatment.
