46 and still not diagnosed

I was'nt born with it, it appeared on my lower left leg when I was 3. I used to call it my 'mood' leg because it would get real dark at times and other times you would'nt even notice it. It's a blotchy purple but over the last 10 years it has spread up over my navel and now I'm scared. Does it effect your inner organs? Why is it spreading suddenly? And now my whole left side of my body is almost swollen like. I had a biopsy back in Sept. and I guess because my blood work is ok nobody cares because I hav'nt heard anything even though I have E-mailed them and called!! Do I need to go somewhere else? Can someone please help me?
