We thought Galaxy tasted like fish!! LOL We didn't eat any cheese sub for years and when we found this, the kids were sooooo happy with it.
Yuck on the elimination diet, sorry to hear that.
I have found that Gluten Free Pantry's (which is Glutino) French Bread and Pizza Crust mix to be very good. We can make a loaf bread for sandwiches out of it (btw, it doesn't make anything that looks like a traditional french bread) AND I pour it into one of those cookie forms (it looks like this, only we found a round one
http://www.amazon.com/Wilton-Cookie-...4498816&sr=8-3) and we make hamburger buns out of it.
If you want some store bought bread, we have enjoyed both Udi's and Rudi's (LOL I wonder if they realize their names are so close?) Udi's has good frozen pizza crust.
At the library, you can find a copy of Bette Hagman's Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread. If you follow her instructions to the letter, there are VERY good bread recipes in there. For a long time, I kept the sourdough starter going and made wonderful sourdough loaves.
Sorry you have to do the elimination thing.... that is hard.

But now, with our bread taken care of and we have cheese, I can make almost anything!!
Honestly? Someone needs to take ME out to dinner!! LOL
