Thanks! I wish I could take credit but Basia did it all. She's wonderful and I'm so grateful for VBF's help. We would have never gotten it approved if it wasn't for Basia, Dr. Zide, Dr. Levitin, and the VBF lawyers who gave their time to help. We are forever grateful.

I'm soooo glad you got the help you needed! We do have many talented and dedicated people who are willing to give their time and attention to our families and it's a wonderful thing! It just shouldn't be needed ...but it is.

So happy you were approved. It is unfortunate that with all the issues each of our families are dealing with that we have to fight with insurance companies every step of the way. Best of luck with surgery.
