Hemangioma on nasal tip help

My son was also born with a hemangioma on the tip of his nose. I noticed it when he was born and it continued to get darker and larger. Dr said that the laser would not work and we started the propranolol treatment when he was about 4 mos old. At first it started getting lighter and was not as puffy. Lately we haven't seen much progress but it hasn't gotten bigger.
