pre laser treatment preparation

I have scheduled a consult/ treatment in the same appointment since I am flying across the country for the treatment. I had a consultation with another doctor prior to this but decided to go with Dr. Geronemus in NY. I forgot to ask some questions about preparing for the treatment- any help would be appreciated.

Questions I forgot to ask my doctor at the consult:

I have a Rx for Ativan for anxiety ( to take as needed). Is that ok to take before having a laser treatment?

How long should I wait before flying after the treatment?

How long should I avoid alcohol before and after the treatment? I have heard anywhere from 3 days to a month! Also, any other foods/ medications to avoid pre and post treatment?
