My daughter was born with a bright pink fingernail that eventually began to bulge & dome. It was diagnosed as a hemangioma. We were applying Timolol to it twice a day but that didn't seem to stop the growth so now she takes liquid Propranolol twice a day.
Any experience with this? I'm concerned it will continue to grow and permanently deform her fingernail.
I don't feel like it's working at all. I'm sure that's just me being impatient and wanting instant results for her though....
I will try to get a picture and post it.
I wonder if the fingernail will begin to grow normally once the hemangioma runs its course.
