I am going through the exact same thing except my daughters is on her nose. Si many questions to ask!

Hi hana1st, my daughers goes to SickKids as well. Nadolol really worked for her!
It's been a few months since you posted. Hope you got referral and your baby's hemangioma is getting better now.

Hi Ad- Thanks for checking in, means a lot.

My sons 3 hemangiomas are completely gone. There are just some blood vessels remaining that will fade with time.

I wouldn't have believed a year ago that it would be gone. Hemangiomas, especially in concerning areas, are a tough situation for any parent. This forum helped me so much that I come on from time to time to see if I can help others.

Nadolol was our best course of treatment and I'm thankful I chose this route.

I understand how you feel. Like you when my daughter's showed up I was searching the Internet going nuts, looking at pics and I had myself crazy. Don't do that to yourself. Seriously. You will be a mess. Keep doing research so you have your background on it all and just try to take everything slow. I know it's hard. Good luck. Hugs!
Deep hemangioma on left eyebrow towards nose
Started propanolol Feb. 11th, 2010
Off of propanolol aprox. June 2011
Takes 3 doses per day at 1.3ml
2nd Weaning of prop. not a success back on it March 22. Only one dose of 1.3ml now Baby girl is 19 months old Did Timolol gel for awhile, stopped, & back on - 4 years old. Off of Timolol -doesn't seem to be doing anything. At this point we have surgery scheduled for April
