Default Hippopigmentation and hipper pigmentation after laser treatment

My doughtier had her third laser treatment but this treatment doesent went well, she developed some bruising, than when the bruising gone her skin is all with white patches.
From what I researched I think she developed post inflammatory hippopigmentation but also I think the rest of her lasered skin is hipper pigmented which min the skin become like brown...
Her arm look very bad, does anyone experienced something like this, and does those scars resolved by itself or they will be there forever...
