Hey I spoke with Dr.Yakes' office and was told to have my arteriogram and mri put on CD and send to them. How do I get that done? will the hospital do it?

Yes, the hospital will do this. All hospitals are different about charging for this service and if you have to pick it up in person (to show id)...or if they will mail it directly to Dr. Yakes.
