need a doc in northern Va

I'm 36 and have only been to a doctor once about my birthmark. It covers most of my left leg. All he did was tell I could have laser surgery. I need an expert who can tell me medically about my birhtmark and what I should be concerned about as I get older. The fact that the area covered by the birthmarks falls asleep frequently (even if I'm walking or standing) is a little bit worrisome.
