red skin on eyelip, is it PWS?

I have a 4-day old daughter who has red one on her right eyelip and spark sopts on the left ?The 2nd day it is changing dull.it dosent change when press.And it is flat and not raised on skin.Is it PWS?

Can you post a photo here? Even just one of the spots? It's difficult to say without seeing it. Has the pediatrician said anything?
