I visited a dermatologist when I was 3 yrs old but at that time there were fewer options so, like you, I only started researching PWS just recently and its wierd how much I didnt know! I'm a member of pretty much every support website, including birthmarks.com, however I haven't seen that story you mentioned. If you know the name I would be very grateful and interested.
