AVM treatment in Canada.

We live in Ontario and were wondering if any fellow Canadians who have been treated for peripheral AVMs, could tell us where they received treatment. Has anyone heard of Dr.Martin E Simons? There are lots of postings for American doctors but not Canadian. Our child has an AVM of the hand.
