port wine stain victim !

HI....iam a 20 yr old boy from pakistan ....having port wime stain on my right half of the face.....quite desperate for its treamtent...there is a V-beam laser by candela available in my city ...i wana know is that suitable for the treament....and if got rid of it is there any possibility of its reappearance!
PLZ....help me out~!
