30 Years Old, AVMs on Face

Has there been any success treating AVMs on the face?* I have seen six surgeons at Emory this year and they think I should leave it alone.* In 96 it was misdiagnosed and excised form my lip.* In 97 they tried lasers on my nose.* Two weeks later I was on the verge of bleeding to death when it ruptured.* In 98 I went to Emory and they embolized it and excised it the next day.* I was uninsured from 99 to 02.* For about a year there, I thought I had been cured.* I have been watching the current one grow for several years now.* It is the largest one yet, the most painful, and it seems to grow faster and faster.* I feel like I have a time bomb strapped to my face.* I think it is effecting my heart, and at times my vision.* My sense of smell is rediculously sensitive.* I'm tired of people asking me what happened to my face.* I'm tired of living with it.* Anyone have any advice?*
