Default PULSATING PWS anyone?

I have noticed my PWS has a really strong pulse, it is ony my cheek. My enviable non-PWS cheek by comparison is absolutely flat and tranquil. It scares the heck out of me. Does this mean that it is being fed by a big artey and can't be effected by treatment? Geez-loiuse I think my HEART has some competition!

Does anyone else have a PWS with a hard pulse? If so how have your treatments gone?

You should get an MRI. It sounds like a bruit. This is common with arterial flow which can be present in a stain. Get an MRI and have one of our top docs review it. You may need treatment (which would consist of embollization to blood that main feeder). If you have any questions, email me at hvbf@aol.com
