Compression Therapy and Blood Clots

Hi,

Okay, I am using compression therapy, I have had one treatment of sclerotherapy and I am now think I have my first blood clot since the sclero. I have a little blue dot along my forearm and alot of swelling at the elbow, it's so swollen I am having diffuculty putting my comp. sleeve on, I have called my doc. haven't heard back yet...should I force the sleeve on? I am thinking I should just leave it off, any suggestions/advice/help would be apperciated!

I found out that it was a blood clot in a superficial vein, and not to wear the compression sleeve if I have to force it...And I am now taking a baby asprin daily to help with the clotting
