Port wine stain

Hello,
I'm a mother of a 2yr old girl who has a port wine stain covering about 90% of her right leg. She had a MRI done at Valley childrens Hospital when she was about 3 months old but said her leg was fine. Her leg get's hot and sweaty sometimes or when she is sick her leg get's very hot. Also her Right leg is somewhat bony not much tissue. The port wine stain also covers half of her private area. I'm really intersted in gettine more info on what i can do or on how to educate with her birthmark since she is starting to talk more now. I also wanted info on Kippel trenaunay? If anyones. Thanks
