Default Insurance approved for coverage :)

Just want to share a good news.

Our insurance just approved to cover my 8 months ds' PWS laser treatments. I'm so thankful for all the resources out there and this forum. They denied us the first time, then the second time they approved

Have a nice day!

HEY!! Way to go!!

That was a lot of hard work, wasn't it? We would love it if you would share the words you used in the appeal process. Would help other parents.

Yes, Missy. I searched Birthmark.com and found the "Examples of appeal letters that have worked" to be very helpful. It really worked!! I also had my laser doctor to rewrote a letter that explained why treatments are so important for my baby. And, last but not least, fight until I get a successful conclusion.
