Update On Daughters Heamangioma

I posted here a few months ago about my daughters Eloise's heamangioma..
well we have finally seemed to have moved a step forward regarding treatment..
we now have an appointment to see a oral and facial surgern at the end of August..
so hopefully they will help and it will be good news and we dont just get told again " just wait and see"
Eloise heamangioma doesnt seem to have changed any in the last 5 months..
so i keep asking myself will it ever go away by itself ?
Eloise is now 17 months old. I have tried to post some up to date pics but it wont let me at present so will do it soon

Your daughter looks so happy - I hope you get somewhere with the surgeons soon. My daughter Abbie is scheduled for possible surgery next wed on her eyelid H - but they will not remove the whole thing just enough for her to open her eye.

Eloise is just a gorgeous little girl!! Her hemangioma is in the exact same spot as my grandbaby's. Kambreigh's is not that large yet, but it is possible that it will grow. She is only 4 months old. She is on steroids now and they seem to be shrinking it a bit, and the red isn't as angry. Please keep me informed on any treatment that you get, as it might be helpful in our case too? I know sometimes that when they wean them off the steroids, that H can grow again. Give Eloise a big hug from me..she is so cute!! It is so unfair that these beautiful children have to go through this so early in their little lives!
