help needed

Hi,

My daughter has her strawberry H removed about 4 years ago. It was a big one close to her left breast. She is now 9 yr old.

Recently she show me a lump on her left breast. It is normal skin color, but I can see a raised lump. She said it is causing pain. I don't know what it is. Is it possible that the H can grow back? I am worried!

I have left a message to the surgeon's office. Waiting for someone to call me back.

Sorry I don't know any answers for you. But was wonderig if you may be able to give more information about what your daughter went through with the removal, as in, why it was removed, growth pattern, etc.
I am interested as my daughter (now 18months) has a hemangioma on her L breast also. it is mostly deep and very lumpy.

I would suspect that this is not an h. growing back at age 9. I would recommend having it seen by a pediatric derm. Keep trying the surgeon as well.
