Baby acne on/around hemangioma?

I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed a lot more baby acne on/around their baby's hemangioma than elsewhere on their face? My daughter has a deep h on her cheek (parotid) and I've noticed over the last few days that there is a lot more acne on her h and the area surrounding it. She is 6 weeks old. It would make sense for infants to tend to get acne in the area of their h, as I read today that an overheated baby will get more acne from the increased bloodflow. Well, we know h's fall into the category of increased bloodflow and my daughter's h is always SO warm!

Just wondering if it's a coincidence or if others have noticed it!?

definitely, my 2 year old has a few large whiteheads right around his birthmark.
