Default Dr Robert Wood of MN

Has anyone seen Dr Robert Wood of St Paul, MN? He is with Gillette Childrens Specialty Hospital. We are going to have him see our infant soon.
Here is a link to an article he wrote:

I live in Saint Paul, MN also. My son has PWS on his left face. We visited a pediatric dermatologist and he referred us to a dermatologist (Whitney Tope) at the U of M clinic. We have two treatments for our son and it went well. We liked him very much. However, He relocated to Cal so now we are seeing a new doctor calls Dr. Lee at the University of Minnesota. We have not see Dr. Robert before, so please share your tought of him.

I will let you know when we see him - the only thing is that Dr Wood is not listed on this site - it would make me feel better if he were.
Have you already seen Dr lee? Do you like him and what type of laser treatments has your son already had, and which laser will Dr Lee use (*or does he use).
Have they told you how many treatments they expect it will take or how long they like to wait between treatments? Is your son given a general for the treatments? How has his recovery been? Are you beginning to see results?
Thanks and I will post any info after we meet with Dr Wood for the first time. Did you check out that link I posted? PWS seem to be one of the things he specializes in though I would still feel better knowing more people had seen him.

I am not sure of the name of the laser treatment. I made appointment to treat my son PWS in December with this Dr. Lee; however, we cancelled it because my son was not feeling well. I am not sure if we like this new doctor. We tried to call him to reschedule the my son treatment and he did not call us back.

We like the first Dr very much because he would get back to his patient fast.

Please share more about Dr. Wood. We are thing about switch doctor; however, since we don't know anybody either.

My daughter had her 1st treatment (Dr Wood thinks it will take 4 treatments total). It went very well, her PWS is very small but she received a general anesthia through a mask only and was only "under" for about 5 minutes. They even let my husband hold her while they gave her the mask and until she was asleep. I have only heard very good things about Gillette Children;s Hospital and because it is a children's hospital, all the anesthiologists ONLY work with children - we really liked that fact as well.
We really like Dr Wood, did you check out that article he wrote? He uses the Candela laser with the Dynamic Cooling Device. From all my research this is the best possible laser for PWS's available.
Hope that helps, he was also very good with our insurance company as they are now going to cover the procedures.
