Default Where to start laser surgery?

I have a large pws (below knee to top of my foot) It is blotchy, dark red, bumpy, and kind of thick feeling. I am 19 years old aswell.
I had laser surgery for two years once a month, didnt do anything but damage my skin. I also think this was because the laser was used to treat tattoos or removing hair....Did nothing but put me through alot of pain, i didnt use anything to dull the pain.. It was terrible.

Anyway, i live in North west Montana, and there are no doctors around here that i can go to. Seattle is probably the closest city...other then that i have always wanted to go to Minnesota...
So where do i start for laser surgery? How do i find a doctor that is close? Any recommendations? and how much is the cost usually?
I am at the end of my rope right now...and i am about to do anything to get rid of this thing.

Are you far from Denver? Dr. Eubanks treated my PWS there.

Do you have medical insurance?
If so, start gathering information: is laser treatment of a PWS covered? Does it require pre-authorization?
Will you need a referral to see a dermatologist who treats PWSs, or can you find one in-network and go to a consultation without a referral?
