When to start laser treatment

I didn't read the study you posted,,but my daughter was x-rayed as an infant, and scoped as an infant. She had a large fast growing H on her nose.

My response to you, is don't belive everything you read... My daughter has skipped a grade, and is in all Honors classes in the high school. She is a year and a half younger then the kids in her classes, and is a straight A student.

I hate "bragging" about her, but,,your concerns and fears need to be alleviated!!!

I live in Denver, Colorado and my 8 month old daughter just had her first laser treatment today for a PWS on her left cheek/jaw. Our pediatrician -- who is wonderful -- wanted to wait and see if it would fade and did not refer us to our dermatologist until she was 6 months old. When we talked to the dermatologist he said he would like to start laser treatments on infants with PWS as young as 2 months old! Apparently the younger skin heals better. So, I would say try and have your child treated as soon as possible.
