Constant Pain

Our daughter has been diagnosed with some AVMs in her thigh. She has had one removed at the IWK, (Halifax, Nova Scotia), but the other two are growing in size and pain has returned. Any normal kid activity has just given her pain.
We are looking for some specialists in Canada. Most of the postings are from US. Can anyone help?

Our daughter has an AVM in her hand. She has seen many doctors and has visited several hospitals in Ontario, She has also been to Boston, and for the last few years has been treated by Dr. Josee Dubois at St. Justines Hospital in Montreal. As she is now 21, she has to transfer hospitals so has decided to be treated by Dr. Martin Simons at Toronto Western Hospital. Her 1st treatment by him will be in 2 weeks time. There are not too many doctors in Canada who treat peripheral AVMs, but I know that Josee sees children from all over Canada. We really like her and Heather was very upset when she had to move. Hope that this helps.
