Default Can hemangiomas have ingrown hairs?

My 3 month daughter has a congenital hemangioma about the size of my thumb nail on her head. I recently noticed a black "line" inside of it. My husband thinks its a clump of hairs inside of it. Is this possible? I uploaded a picture and put black lines on either side where the black line is in the hemangioma. (Its shiny because there's aquafor on it.) I first noticed this because it had started flaking, I don't know if its related to it or if its just a coincidence...

My daughter Scarlett is 21 months and she also has a hemangioma on her hairline (right abover her forehead). I don't know if I know about ingrown hairs, but he never had any issues with that (she has blonde hair so it's hard to tell)

You can find add me on Facebook (Holly Santee) if you would like to see pictures of her. We did not do any treatment for her birthmark, and it does not seem to be going away.

I think this is the first time this question has come up. I would have her doctor take a look at it.
