facial hair
i have a brithmark on my right cheek that has been mostly removed by a candela laser. i also have a birthmark (PWS) on my upper lip. i have a moustache there now (light brown) and i am wondering if i get the birthmark lasered, will hair grow back. i got a test spot done 15 years ago with the old argon (?) laser and hair has grown back where it was. If someone could give some informaton on how facial hair is affected by the pulse laser, i would appreciate it.

Hi,
