PWS itchy, weeping?

Hi gang. Been a while since I've been here last...

Still seeking out options for treatment, since nobody around here seems to want to give me a thorough exam of my PWS leg to see what's going on in there. Considering going to a specialist in NYC.

ANYWAY - just throwing this out there for you all:

I'm 33, and have had a more or less asymptomatic PWS covering about 40% of my right leg from toes to buttocks. Occasional aching and pooling, but nothing a little elevation and rest didn't help.

Over the past five years or so, I've noticed that it occasionally gets rough patches on it, and it itches like the dickens. I moisturize (usually something with neem oil in it - neem oil is amazing!) and it usually goes away.

Today, though, it opened up and is weeping... a little blood, but mostly clear fluid - and not a lot, but enough that I can touch the open spot and feel that it's moist.

Before I go to the doctor freaking out about this (and probably get ignored again, but whatever), does anyone else have this problem? And, if so, what did you do about it?

I have no advice for you, except get thee to the doctor and don't let them ignore you. I did want to say hi since you haven't been around in a while. It's good to see you. The post you left in the other thread about your "jerk detector" was really nice.

When is the big day?? Have you set a date for the wedding yet?

i use Savlon for my pimple problems. really nothing else i've found works. you can maybe try tea tree oil. Yes it will weep alittle but it will dry up. For my lip i've used Blistex medicated balm. its okay. nice cooling feel.

Savlon cream should help it. Yes, see a doctor.

i've found out that my birthmark does not like Tiger Balm anymore. red or white. I use to use it alot for neck pain, headaches, and when my birthmarks swollen. Not certain but i think maybe birthmarks change to things we used. its evovling. LOL
